Losing a pet is devastating, more so when the owners are uncertain of what really happened to their beloved four-legged best friends. At the same time, nothing is more joyful than having them back again after months of worrying and hoping for their safe return.
A recent story from Argentina is just the happy pill we all need right now.
Oscar, a huge brown dog of a family from Buenos Aires, suddenly disappeared from their home. His owners tried everything they could to look for him but have not been successful. They worried that he could not have survived living on the streets.
However, two months after Oscar was reported missing, someone has eventually found him. The good samaritan brought him to the Los Hermanos Paticorti, a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing pups from the street or in abusive situations. They immediately looked for the pup’s family and delivered the pup right back to his home.
The group documented the emotional reunion between Oscar and his surprised family. When a white car arrived at their front yard, the kids were obviously clueless about what will happen next. But as soon as Oscar came out of the car, one of the kids was so shocked she froze and then started crying. The other ran straight right to the pup and hugged him.
Thanks to Los Hermanos Paticorti and the very kind person who found Oscar, the family is complete again. The sisters could not stop themselves from crying as they tried to reassure themselves that their beloved dog is really home again. Oscar was also delighted based on how he kept wagging his tails and his adorable smile while being hugged by his favorite humans. I dare you not to cry as you watch the very touching and heartwarming video.
